We understand that wedding plans can evolve, and we want to be transparent and clear about how we manage changes to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for you.

Cancellations:
All bookings with Elope OKC are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, we reserve the date and time exclusively for you, and therefore, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, you may do so for a $50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If we are unavailable for your new date and time, the original booking remains in effect with no refund.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows:
If the couple is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the ceremony may be considered a no-show, and the booking will be forfeited with no refund.
If an officiant is required to wait beyond the scheduled time, an additional fee may apply.
Extreme Circumstances:
In the rare and unusual event that we are unable to officiate due to an emergency on our end, we will make every effort to provide a replacement officiant or offer a refund at our discretion.
