📍 Where to Apply
Marriage licenses are issued by County Court Clerks in Oklahoma. You can apply in any county, and the license is valid statewide, so you don't have to apply in the county where your ceremony takes place. 🧾 What You’ll Need

Both parties must appear in person

A valid ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, military ID or birth certificate
👫 Age Requirements

18 and older: You can apply without parental consent.

16–17 years old: You’ll need a certified copy of your birth certificate and written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Under 16: Marriage is only allowed by court order in rare circumstances.
