Where to Get Your Marriage License in Oklahoma
Before you can say "I do," you'll need to get your marriage license — and in Oklahoma, that happens at the County Court Clerk’s Office.

How to Get a Marriage License in Oklahoma:

Apply in person at any County Court Clerk’s Office in Oklahoma. You do not have to apply in the county where you’ll be married.

Both parties must be present, with valid ID (driver’s license, state ID, birth certificate or passport and Visa).

The standard license fee is $50, or $5 with a premarital counseling certificate (provided by your wedding officiant if you complete counseling)
